Radeon rx 5700xt

Corsair 32gb 3200mhz memory

Still not getting promised speed please help me??????

Its single core, not all core.

AMD Ryzen 9 3900x even with agesa update still only get 4.2 boost clock please help or send me one that does reach 4.6
