AMD Ryzen 5 7600x High temp

Hello,

I've just built a new pc with an Amd Ryzen 5 7600X, MSI RTX 4070 TI and Msi B650 gaming plus wifi.

The temeperature of my cpu in game are really high, is it normal?

Thanks

Yeah 103°C is a bit much.

Before you go buy another cooler, if you're comfortable with tweaking a few BIOS settings, check out this guide to optimizing power and temperature on the 7000 series.

What cooler are you using and what is the ambient temperature?

While your ambient is quite good, the cooler is only a 3 heatpipe single tower with 92mm fan.

Be Quiet rates this cooler up to 130W TDP and the 7600X is technically a 105W processor, however in reviews it will boost higher.
