amd ryzen 5 2600 temp problems

Hello, I have about two problems, but they are all related. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor

1. In the program Scpeccy shows the temperature of the processor always, in a quiet state of 80-95 degrees Celsius. But in the BIOS it shows 33-50 degrees. Who to believe?

2. I downloaded it from the official AMD Ryzen Master website, but it does not start, the window starts up for just a couple of seconds and crashes in what could be the problem.

If your Windows version is in a foreign language, there is a bug where Ryzen Master will not work as per this current thread at AMD Forum: https://community.amd.com/message/2887651?q=ryzen%20master .

If Windows is in a foreign language , you can either try a previous version of Ryan Master as per above thread link or restart Windows in English.
