AMD Boot Kit response

Before New Years Eve I applied for the boot kit because my ASUS x570 TUF PLUS motherboard doesn't support my 5800x, nor any flashback bios updates or anything alternatives. ASUS referred me to the boot kit and I got the automatic email asking for all the pictures and info. Was replying to the email with the pictures and information the right way to go about it? I haven't gotten an email back yet, and the email telling me to "please respond" with the pictures and info was somewhat vague. Just wondering if replying to the email was correct or if I need to follow up elsewhere on the site. My ticket number is 8201041427 if it helps any employees. Thanks!
