So in my system I have a Ryzen 3 3200g. Now I want to overclock this but I'm not sure what I need to consider. Eg. Do I need to consider my PSU wattage?(550 watts of Corsair CX550F RBG) Plus I have an ASUS strix RTX 3050, Asrock B450M Steel legend. 

It also says in Ryzen Master that my CPU does not support overclocking so I'm only allowed to view the stats there. But I'm guessing something in my BIOS setting made that happen and I would like to know which one is it.

You need a X CPU from AMD to be able to fully overclock.

So 3600X, 3700X, or 3900X etc.

A 3200G doesn't have unlocked features to be able to overclock.

I'm not trying to question you but I'm just curious as to why the website says it's overclockable? Maybe you can enlighten me. TIA.

Sounds like its mobo /nv compatibility, ask on asrock support/forum.

Lenturce this is a 2 year old thread, so the OP may not reply.

I had a 3400G and as @misterj confirms below, both it and the 3200G are unlocked, (not the PRO versions) but it will depend on your motherboard whether you can overclock it or not. For example, the A320, 420, etc. do not support overclocking.

I overclocked mine in an X370 board using PBO settings that can be adjusted either in BIOS or using Ryzen Master. You're limited to +200 CPU and +200 GPU clocks, and increasing Limits to allow it to boost higher. Aside from this, the other thing you can do to maximize performance is to use some low latency DDR4-3200 CL14-14-14 memory. As the 3200G/3400G are based on Zen+ they will likely not run DDR4-3600. (mine didn't)
