7950x3d driver timeout

7950x3d and 4090 driver timeout?

So this just happened to me and I'm very confused. I was on desktop and the adrenaline software was open when I get the error "driver timeout" my screen then goes black a couple seconds later.

When my screen turns on again it's like the refresh rate is lower, I try to restart, it takes ages and instead just blue-screens, the blue screen error message i got was, "driver_power_state_failure"

When I turn my pc on the resolution is all wrong and driver software like nvidia control panel and amd adrenaline don't show up.

What is happening? Is this a software issue?

My specs:
windows 11
4090
7950x3d

Everything is updated and brand new.

Please help if you can

Do you use the iGPU?

No? I would try to disable it and uninstall adrenalin.

If problems continue to happen, Then use DDU to remove it all and so you can fresh install the nvidia drivers.
Else, continue troubleshooting on the Nvidia forum.

Good Luck

Verysillygoose, make sure you have the latest drivers from here. I also suggest you talk to your video card vendor. Enjoy, John.
