Not sure what's normal for this CPU but it's definitely running hotter than my 3900x, which was much easier to cool than this monstrosity.
I'm already undervolting negative 0.062 and under load core temps reach around 80C fairly quickly, this seems ok but when idle even basic activity like using chrome shows spikes into the 60s and low 70Cs and it's kinda of annoying. I can adjust the fan curve but I'm just surprised it runs this hot.
I've tried reseating and reapplying paste but it made no difference at all. Is this ok??
