I have a 5600X that seems to randomly get stuck running around 0.5GHz. If I look at it with Ryzen Master, the voltage will be less than 1.0V and never go up. I have to shut off my PC to fix this. A reboot doesn't seem to be enough to fix it. Could this be the CPU, the motherboard, or something else? I'm using an ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero if that makes a difference.
