1600x underperforming

Hi, I was able to overclock my 1600x to 3.8 GHZ, but found out that it is now performing worse than before, when on Cinebench ( pre OC ) I would get a score in the High 1200s, now I am lucky to even hit 900. It is water cooled, and idle temps are around 30-40 c, with the temps on full load not breaking 60c. I have no idea as  how to fix this.

CPU- 1600x

Ram - ADAT XPG 2400hz ( 2x8 )

GPU- MSI AERO 1070 ( blower style )

MB - MSI B350m Bazooka

Make sure your RAM wasn't clocked down when you overclocked, and check your CPU clocks during your run, make sure it's using all 12 threads.

ram is the same speed. all twelve threads are being used, and it is at a constant 3.8 ghzCapture.PNGMSI_SnapShot.bmp

Those screenshots show 3.6, not 3.8. You updated the BIOS to the latest available?
