I have a MyDigital SSD M2X M.2 to USB 3.1 Gen2 Enclosure that doesn't work with x570 / Ryzen 3K AMD USB. It works fine with Intel Thunderbolt (Dell), Intel USB-C and A (Surface Laptop 3), Asmedia USB-C 3.1 Gen2 (MSI x399 Meg Creation), USB-A Threadripper 2950x, and any other USB A supporting system. When I connect it to my x570 (MSI x570 Meg Ace Ryzen 9 3900x) I get constant warnings (Event ID 51 and 153) in the Windows event log and errors transferring data (Reading or Writing). I have the same errors when connected to USB-A or USB-C ports both direct to motherboard or on my case. I have tried 3 different SSDs in the enclosure: Samsung 960 Evo 1TB, Toshiba BG2, and Inland Premium 1TB (Microcenter)
System is Windows 10 1909 (build 18363.657), AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft) Drivers are version 10.0.18362.207 (6/19/2019), latest AMD Chipset Drivers (2.01.15.2138).
