Wraith cooler noise

I recently bought a Ryzen 7 2700X. About 3 weeks ago it started making a weird noise. I was planning to just wait untill it stopped but its still going. Iam linking a video recording of the sound. Please leave suggestions on how to fix it I already checked and its on the low setting on the cooler itself. I havent messed with any program controlling the speed.

Depends on the type of noise you are hearing. Is it a rasping or clicking or scraping noise? or just a loud whirring noise?

Make sure the the fan is clean with no obstructions (cables) that might be hitting the fan blades.  Also turn off the computer and physically turn the fan blade. It should turn effortlessly and without any noise or resistance.

Wraith are fairly loud CPU Coolers when running on high.

Anyway, if you are not sure, Try opening a AMD Warranty Request Online form and ask them if the noise is normal or the CPU Cooler needs to be RMAed under Warranty if it came bundled with the processor: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/warranty-information/rma-form

I had the same issue. It's a Windows power setting that needs to be changed.
