Even though the Minimum System Requirements and your PC
1. Processors/CPUs (Central Processing Units): 1 Ghz or faster with 2 or more cores and appearing on our list of approved CPUs.
2. RAM: 4 GB. If your PC has less than 4GB of memory, there are sometimes options for upgrading to get additional RAM
3. Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device
4. System Firmware: UEFI (for Unified Extensible Firmware Interface, a modern version of the PC BIOS) and Secure Boot capable
5. TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
6. Graphics Card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
7. Display: High definition (720p) display that is greater than 9” diagonally, 8 bits per color channel.
8. Internet Connectivity and Microsoft Accounts: Windows 11 Home edition requires internet connectivity and a Microsoft Account to complete device setup on first use.
9. Windows Version for Upgrade: Your device must be running Windows 10, version 2004 or later, to upgrade through Windows Update.

And my laptop with the following specifications
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 2700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.20 GHz and Installed RAM 8.00 GB (6.90 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
But you can't upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 because the processor doesn't support it. Even though all other hardware already supports upgrading to Windows 11.
And there is a warning (with a red cross) when I want to upgrade it says your processor doesn't support it. Even though it's an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, you know...it's a tall and sophisticated processor.
Hopefully AMD can fix this problem and the AMD Ryzen 7 2700U Processor with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.20 GHz can upgrade the operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Because only Zen+ and newer processor are compatible with Windows 11.

If it's like that, then is there a new solution or way so that the AMD Ryzen 7 2700U processor with Radeon Vega Mobile GFX 2.20 GHz to be able to upgrade or installed Windows 11?

There are workarounds to installing Windows 11 on a unsupported processor. But Microsoft has stated in the past that any Windows 11 that is installed in a unsupported Processor or hardware won't receive Windows 11 Updates.

Some Users have stated that they do still get Windows Updates even though their processor isn't support by that Windows version. So I don't know how long that will last or if Microsoft has changed it mind on the subject.

But then there is also AMD graphics driver updates (only up to Win.10), so modded drivers maybe?

Microsoft doesn't specify which updates will be withheld. It just says in general the PC would receive any updates.  I imagine high risk Security Updates will be allow to install that affects all versions of Windows.

EDIT: From Microsoft link in my previous reply concerning updates:

Your device might malfunction due to these compatibility or other issues. Devices that do not meet these system requirements will no longer be guaranteed to receive updates, including but not limited to security updates.

I don't really see a reason for Microsoft to stop Windows Update for drivers unless they feel that Windows 11 drivers might end up being incompatible with the non-supported computer and thus prevent Windows from downloading drivers.

I really don't have an answer if Windows Update will download AMD drivers or not in a non-supported Windows 11 computer.

Microsoft statement that I posted is a bit vague in nature. All they said was they can't guarantee if the computer will get any type of Windows updates.

That might be answered by other Users here at AMD Forums if they are getting Windows updates and Driver updates in their non-supported computers.

Good question by the way. I forgot about Windows Driver updates. I was thinking more of optional and Security Windows updates.

I believe this issue should be directed to Microsoft for a better solution.
However, you could try custom Windows operating systems such as rectify11, team os etc to easily bypass the requirement.
I personally do not recommend any of these. But this is a short cut to the problem you have.
Lastly, it is always at your own risk to use and running on a modded OS.

NB:
I am a Windows modder myself, and it is much better to make your own customised version of Windows than to use someone else's. Chris Titus' method for making minimal windows is a good place to start.

Is there no way for the AMD Company to provide a few specific updates so that the AMD Ryzen 7 2700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.20 GHz processor can support Windows 11?

I don't think it's something that is westernized for a large company like AMD

it not a matter of AMD nor Windows updates but simply your processor doesn't have the technology built into it to run Windows 11 security features.

If you are referring to the software updates to enable the TPM requirement for Windows 11 installation, then the answer is no. TPMs are hardware, and if your CPU doesn't have one, you can't simply use the TPM security features.
In my opinion, rather than asking why AMD can't provide updates to enable TPM features, I think the question should be "do you really need to run Windows 11?".
If the answer is no, you can stick with Windows 10.
If the answer is yes, and you want to run Windows 11 "legally", does your current hardware support it? If so, go for it.
If not, consider buying new hardware that supports it. If your current condition does not allow you to do this, then you should consider going the "non-legal" way at your own risk.

NB:
I am not affiliated to AMD in any way. The TPM is a piece of hardware that is installed in either the CPU or the motherboard and if you do not have one, the TPM will simply not work as it will not have the hardware to carry out the security protocol that it needs to.
