The WHEA 19 error you are experiencing with your AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor can indicate a hardware issue, specifically a cache hierarchy error. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

  • Update BIOS: You mentioned that you have already updated your motherboard BIOS to the most recent version, which is a good step to ensure compatibility and stability with your CPU.
  • Check CPU Temperatures: Overheating can cause instability and errors. Make sure your CPU is adequately cooled and check its temperatures using monitoring software to ensure they are within safe limits.
  • Check Power Supply: Although your 650W power supply should be sufficient for your system, it's worth checking if there are any issues with power delivery. Ensure that all power connectors to the motherboard and CPU are secure and functioning correctly. You may also want to try a different power supply if available.
  • Verify RAM Stability: While you mentioned running MEMTEST and passing it, it's still worth rechecking your RAM stability. Try running other memory testing tools like HCI MemTest or Windows Memory Diagnostic to further ensure your RAM is not causing any issues.
  • Update Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for all your hardware components, including the motherboard, graphics card, and any other peripherals.
  • Check for Windows Updates: Make sure you have all the latest Windows updates installed, as they can contain bug fixes and stability improvements.

If you have exhausted these troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing the WHEA 19 error, it might be beneficial to reach out to AMD support or the retailer you purchased the processor from for further assistance.

Hey man, try to:

-Disable "C state" on bios
