what does this mean

Hello to everyone again. Sorry if I'm being a pain in the rear with all the questions I have been posting. But I want to make sure about things before I start my build. Some of the questions I have been coming up with I researched and found the answers for before I made a #$%@ of myself. This next one I came straight to the source, hear at AMD. OK here goes. At the very end of the serial number on the chips there is the letters as follows: BOX, WOF, CBX   An example is: 100-10000000023BOX, OR ----> (WOF, CBX) It may be a stupid question but I have often wondered about that. The number that I put in is not exactly correct it was only a example. Thanks again in advance.

'BOX', is with heatsink/fan.

'WOF', is without Hs/F.

Someone else might know about the other.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
