What DDR4 timings infulent on memory latency (test in AIDA)? - for Ryzen

Hi. I searched the entire internet and despite the fact that the we have yet 3rd series of Ryzens and we still do not know which timing are affecting memory latency. Ill test it in AIDA. At now i have 68ns with 3733Mhz CL16 memory.

On Ryzen 2700X i had on similar timings and 3600Mhz 63ns.

Check my timings here:

What i can do to lower it? My friends have 66ns on their Ryzen 3 CPUs. 2 ns is way to much loss of performance

My rams are crucial ballistic sport lt 3000mhz cl15 which have good overclocking potential (micron e-die)

I hope you are being facetious about latency and performance, because a few nanoseconds on non server systems aren't going to make any difference. Ryzen 3 is based on the Zen 2 architecture which as a dedicated I/O chip, on which the memory controller is placed, whereas with Ryzen 1 and 2 (Zen and Zen+), the memory controller is located inside one of the CCXs, and additional latency is encountered.

Ok but other people have lower latencies and i want it as low as it could be. Don't know which timings i set wrong.

korzychxp, you may want to try sticks with CAS of 14.  Here's mine:

BTW, this is a free utility.  Enjoy, John.
