Any cooler which states TRX4 compatibility, and there is no such thing as too big with a 64 core beast.

The TR4 socket for X399 chipset is the same socket as TRX4 and the newer TRX40 chipset.

So look for coolers that support TR4/TRX4.

Most Asetek based AIO liquid coolers don't include a TR4 bracket because they expect you to use the bracket that comes with the Threadripper that mounts to the Asetek based blocks (NZXT, Corsair, et.)

Overall, the Thermaltake Water 3.0 is the best AIO cooler you can currently buy, and if your needs require liquid cooling, the $50+ premium it demands over the HSF coolers is well-justified. Recommended even for the 64-Core 3990X.
