I bought AMD 7900X this week on amazon.de (sold by amazon) and found this weird marks on its heat spreader. When I got it the box was sealed. After opening it I tried wiping it with isopropyl wipes, but they are not going away. I am worried about impact on performance and resell value in the future.

Likely greesy fingerprints. Shouldn't be there, but not serious. It is a good practice to clean IHS with Isopropyl Alcohol before applying thermal paste anyway, so you can try it they come of like that. Would not be super worried if CPU works.

Like I said, I tried wiping it with isopropyl wipes, but it doesn't work.

Amazon offered me a 15% refund, so I think if it won't affect performance it's a good deal.
