Generally in your laptop BIOS/UEFI it should have a setting where you can most likely increase the APU Graphics Video ram to a maximum of 2 Gbytes.
But make sure you have enough System RAM to be able to use 2 gbytes less of RAM in your laptop.
If there isn't a BIOS setting then you need to open a Support Ticket with your laptop manufacturer to find out why.
