Upgrading from 2700x to 5700x A320m-HDV R4.0

I am currently on 7.4 Bios, info says the 5700x uses Bios 7.1. Can I not upgrade now? Am I forced to a new MB? Lower grade CPU?

The ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 support list for CPU indicates the minimum BIOS version required to support the Ryzen 7 5700X is P7.10

https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/a320m-hdv%20r4.0/index.asp#CPU

If you are already on P7.40 then no further action is needed.

Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

The 5700X does not come with a cooler, you'll need to purchase one separately.

The ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 only has 4+2 phase power with no heatsinks. Best to stick with a 65W TDP processor.

Thank you. From What I've read, this seems to be the best combo for staying with the same mb. Correct? Thoughts? Also, from what I have read. the current stock cooler should be adequate? Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU  Corsair Vengeance 32G RAM. 1TB SSD. 800w PSU. I also see Ryzen 9 5900x is compatible. confused
