Just got a brand new tr 3970x. However I got a weird problem in windows 10: One cpu core seems to be stuck with some load I cannot trace from task manager.
I tried a few BIOS releases, tried reinstalling Windows 10 clean... etc. Nothing so far works. However in Linux all cores seem to be idle after booting up.
