Hey guys i have a question regarding the Threadripper 1950x temperatures while gaming at 4k settings , the max temp AMD listed is 68c , My temperatures reaches 70c when im gaming at 4k i'm afraid that this would damage my cpu,  is it safe to game at this temperature of 70C for a long time ? Thanks in advance.

If that temperature is shown in Ryzen Master, then yes, exceeding the maximum temperature will cause damage.

black_zion is correct, elayat1989.  Please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) -simply drag-n-drop the image into your reply.  The temperature will make short time excursions above 68C as the processor reduces voltages and frequency to lower it.  If it goes over 68C and stays there, that would be a real problem to talk to AMD about.  Thanks and enjoy, John.
