I have by googling seen that it seems that some amd cpus support nested virtualization.

If I have a particular amd cpu in mind and want to know for sure if it supports nested virtualization, where do I do that?

Are there any official documentation that I can search in for a particular cpu to be 100% sure?

Most AMD CPUs support nested virtualization for some years now.
Personally, I used it in R7 2700, R7 5700, R7 5700G

So, definitely all Ryzen do support it.
