Secure Boot State

In my computer is the Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, 3701 MHz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s), and a problem I am having is involving Secure Boot State. To play games like Valorant, I must have this enabled, however, with this processor it will not let me enable this, and if I do attempt to enable this my monitor won't turn on. The only thing I can do to make it turn on is take out my battery behind my gpu and place it back in after 20 seconds, then plug my monitor HDMI directly into my motherboard, and then in my gpu. After that I recover my visuals and then I look in UEFI settings and the Secure Boot State I went through all the trouble of turning on, isn't even turned on. Is there any fix for this or only getting a new motherboard?
