• Graphics controller with x1 PCI express 1.1 interface.
• 512MB dedicated SDRAM DDR2.
• 8 overlay layers per display controller, 4 alpha planes.
• Upscale / down Scale
• Frame-rate conversion
• Input Power supply 3.3VDC.
• Video Resolution:  Input/output = 480X480 / 300X300 at 50Hz
• Software & Drivers

  Open GL ES 2.0 Compatible Graphics

  Vxworks 6.9

• Operating Temperature

  -40°C to +85°C

• Operating Temperature

  -55°C to +85°C

• Open GL ES 2.0 Compatible, RTOS Vxworks BSP 7/6.9

PCIe 1.1 spec was introduced nearly 20 years ago, you won't find modern graphics with that interface spec. You might possibly find some obsolete hardware that is still functional, however none that are likely to use only a x1 single PCIe lane interface.
