Ryzen Master Does not support current processor R5 3500x and L3 Cache error

Hello everyone, I bought a new ryzen 5 3500x processor and on the cpu-z it looks all right. When I went to do memory tests I noticed something strange that did not properly recognize the data in AIDA64 and there is an error when analyzing L3 cache memory. Also when I try to open Ryzen Master it does not support this processor. What can it be and what can I do ?? I'm using the mobo Gigabyte b450 aorus elite and everything in stock.AIDA64 ERROR.pngcpu-z r5 3500x.pngRyzen Master Error.png

Can someone help me with this ??

Are you in the Chinese market? As far as I know this chip was never officially released outside the Chinese market. Did you use a board from the Chinese market that has a bios updated that says it supports this board?

My best advice is to talk to the support department of the company that made your motherboard. They should be able to answer if your board supports it or if it needs a bios update to fully support it. Or if you just put it on a board that doesn't support it.

lzfelipecorso, I recommend you contact AMD Online Support.  There is a lot of confusing information about this product and Newegg has this on its site - https://www.newegg.com/amd-ryzen-5-3500x/p/274-000M-001B6https://www.newegg.com/amd-ryzen-5-3500x/p/...

Looks like they're market place sellers.

I don't think these things are officially to be sold outside China from all the info I could find.

Yep, that's a Chinese chip. won't be much support for that. I'd return it to Newegg. Get a 3600 or 3600X or 3600XT, those have support and are in the same price range.

"It worked before you broke it!"

I am in the Brazilian market, here this processor is sold without being a Chinese version, but as I bought it from a retailer selling to individuals, it can be imported from China.

I will contact AMD and GIGABYTE regarding compatibility and bring the outcome here.

any update?
