Hello i'm back to talk about my cpu temp and spec.

Cpu : Amd Ryzen 9 7950x

Mother Board : Asus ProArt x670e Creator wi-fi

Gpu : Asus Nvidia 4080 Tuf Gaming

Ram : Xpg Caster 6000 mhz 32gb ddr 5

SSD : Sumsung 980 Pro NVMe 1tb ( win 11 + software )

           Sumsung 980 Pro NVMe 1tb ( Game )

          Adata Legend NVMe 960 1tb ( document, work )

Psu : Asus Thor Platinum 2 Eva Edition 1000w

Cpu Cooler : Asus Ryujin 2 360 argb

Case : Asus Rog Strix Helios Eva

OS : Windows 11 64 bit

This temp was taken only whith Steam, Fire Fox and HWiNFO64 Opened.

I know, is summer here in Italy and outdoor the temp is now 32° C and maybe 28° C in my studio. I don't know if i choise the wrong AIO Cooler for this type of cpu.

FRANCESCO84Inn, I see that it is sunny there. The temperatures you posted are fine. The maximum temperature for your processor is 95C. Make sure your cooler is tight and all three fans are turning. At least for a test, set the pump and AIO fans to run at full speed all the time and post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) running Cinebench R24 Multicore. I run all my fans and the pump on 12 volts. I have large slow fans that move a lot of air and make little noise. John.

HWiNFO shows most of your cores idling around 34°C and if your ambient is 28°C then that is good.

However your pump/fan curves are all set very aggressive. The minimum is set to 40%, and it shows running them from 70-80% at a temperature range of only 40-50°C which is probably causing a lot of unnecessary noise and wear on the components.

Most software should have a calibration feature, try that Auto Tuning "Sintonizzazione Automatica" it should run through the RPM range from 0-100% and determine a baseline curve, you can adjust from there.

Here's an example of my pump curve, starting from 20% up to 40°C and ramping slowly up to 100% at 90°C - most of the time it spends below 50% and 65°C unless running a heavy workload.

The fans are set with a slightly steeper ramp. These are adjusted depending on the operating range (RPM) of the pump and fans.

Hi there fellow Ryujin and 7950X user.

My first advice, the VRM fan from the AIO does not need to be that high, I keep it at 20% till the CPU hits 60C, VRM temps never went that far and that little fan is noisy as F... It hits like 2400rpm.

The pump, you should adjust as you see fit but I think you have an aggressive curve, the pump is really quiet and the embedded VRM fan will mostly put out more noise than it, still... I use 20% till the CPU reaches 50-60C, then it shoots up to 40% and after 70C all the way up to 60% and so on.

As for the radiator fans, I don't have feedback for you as you have the ARGB while I have the Noctua version of the Ryujin, and 800rpm on noctuas are barely audible.

Beware, CPU temp reading of Armoury Crate does not come from CPU sensor but a board sensor, so it will output less temperature than HWiNFO and Ryzen Master, you need to adjust the curves with this difference in mind.

You temps look good as it should on a very expensive AIO.

The LCD is amazing, if you need a tutorial to put small videos from youtube on the screen, I have one.

PS: bring down those temps with curve optimizer while boosting the performance.
