I'm having this problem on my pc where my cinebench score for my ryzen 5900x is half what it should be. When tracking it in hwinfo, i noticed that my core cores cycle consistently from around 4000 Mhz to around 500 each. Is this suppose to happen? Any help would be appreciated. I've had my card for a few months and I've experienced the problem throughout.

If you can create a full system backup first, try a fresh windows install. Only do this if you can backup first or don’t mind starting again from scratch.

Thanks for the help. For some context though, I have completely factory rest windows multiple times. Another issue that I am experiencing is that I cannot open Ryzen Master's advanced view. Whenever I do this, the application responding. I have also tried to do things like enable XMP in bios.
