how can i do to solve this problem?
Solved! Go to Solution.
yeah , it must a certain party problem , both or AMD or Blizzard game World of Warcraft
i followed a guide in forums by changing DX12 to DX11 and the graphic crash error seems disappear
so maybe AMD should be cheer up and bring us a reliable and stable product
thanks a lot
baodongduo, please post all your parts and the Details tab of the Event Viewer report. A c0000005 error is a memory access error. Did you get your AMD drivers from here. If not please do. Thanks and enjoy, John.
i have reply some file content , it gone
baodongduo, where did you get your AMD driers? John.
surely download from official website driver support
AMD Ryzen™ 5 8600G Drivers & Support | AMD
and i will trying to post some Report.war file content next time
Run SFC & DISM commands, there are also other fixes on the web for startmenuexperience. errors.
But if you are using a 3rd party start app.?, not an amd problem.
