Ryzen 7 7800X3D 1 thread inactive

I build a pc recently, with a Ryzen 7800X3D but 1 of the thread seem inactive, even when I use kombuster It stay around 1 to 3% utilisation.

I try everything, bios update, driver update, to change the CPU, but one of the thread always seem to be inactive.

I have the GIGABYTE X670 AORUS Elite AX, with a 4060 TI from MSI.

Mark7, all looks fine here. All eight cores are running at 4741 MHz and beginning to temperature throttle at almost 81C. I do not know what. "I have that in burn with Ryzen master" means. John.

so all 8 cores seems to work but why one of the thread slack at 1% usage in every situation?

Mark7, talk to your MB vendor about their utility reporting problem. Two threads are running per core, so core running at 100% probably means all fine. There is no normal and 40 Watts is fine. If the processor was not throttling it would most likely go higher. John.

Mark7, language barrier. I again suspect a application error. Please ask your provider and provide this screenshot. John.

EDIT: I guess charge in French is load or utilization in English. I do not know where they are getting it, but if from Windows (MS) it is probably wrong.

My bad didn't see the software was in French, Charge mean usage.

I seem to have fix my problem by just updating to Windows 11
