I'm not alone with Ryzen 7 7700x temps issues I've read a lot of articles about it but still looking for a solution.
My temps are 41-47C @n idle and around 60C in games. Sometimes it may jump up to 60 @n idle. Those spikes are annoying, to be honest.
I tried to change PBO and other stuff from Youtube such as curve optimizer and so on. It helped but maybe there are other precise settings, are they? Or maybe I should leave it like that since the stone is very hot? I also locked a CPU at 5 MHz. The temp is 43-45 in idle now. I noticed one thing when I lock at 4.8MHz my system crashes in 10 minutes and shows me BSOD
I'm still experimenting with settings and would be happy for your suggestions and help
