Ryzen 7 5700G VSS pin broken

A pin on my Ryzen 7 5700G has broken

As I saw in the pin map of the AM4 socket it is the AU-39 pin which is VSS, my question is how much this affects the processor in the short or long term taking into account the one that has broken which I already know is a ground pin, I have read several experiences from people that the processor has worked without problems without a vss pin and others who say that there may be instability in the system. The pins around it are those of memory channel B, I don't know if this affects them as well.

I read in another forum that the lack of that pin can be solved with a good motherboard that has good VRM phases that protect the CPU. Based on your experience or knowledge on the subject, what information could you provide me? Is it possible for the CPU to function normally if I place a pin in the socket space of the one that was lost and will it work as they say or is it very dangerous? thank you (and sorry for my bad english xd)

I would be tempted to put the broken pin (assuming you still have it) into the proper socket hole, leaving it sticking up above the socket.  When you place the damaged CPU into the socket, it should make contact with that pin and push it in further, hopefully still retaining contact with the pad on the CPU.  Do this lightly because then you want to put the thermal grease on and install the CPU cooler, which will tighten down the CPU to the socket even further.  Forget about removing this CPU if the computer boots up, and consider yourself lucky.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

First your AMD 3 year Warranty is automatically voided with the broken Processor pin.

If you PC boots up with the pin missing and is stable then you got lucky. From what I read there are several VSS (Voltage Source Supply) pins in your processor those could pick up the slack for the one missing VSS pin.
