Ryzen 7 5700g 100-100000263BOX

Hello, recently I bought a Ryzen 7 5700g and a motherboard steel legend B550, I updated to 1.9, 2.0 y 2.1 but my R 7 5700g didn't work can you help me please. I verify all the others components and they are compatible.

Need more information please.

What are the symptoms, RAM Part Number, Make & Model of Monitor and Monitor cable, Windows and AMD Driver  version being used,

What Motherboard Trouble LED lights are lit?  Does the HDD/SSD Computer LED light continuously flicker or is on solid when booting up or does the light go out after a minute or so?

Sure. the RAM are the Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4, 3200MHz. I used two monitors to test them. One was 60Hz but I don't remember the make and model.
When I turned on the motherboard two red lights come on but they don't blink.
