Hey so im facing terrible issue with my pc

im using ram HyperX DDR4. 4x4 gb 3200mhz cl16

motherboard AM4 ASRock b450m pro4

so all i know that this processor doesn’t support ram over that 2999mhz (or somethin like that) so thats how i used to set in my bios. 
tried overclock once for 3000 but it wouldnt run. 
My pc is crashing, having bluescreens, apps crashing, windows keeps corrupting, my usb devices cause blue screens as well, or missing files location.

(In the middle of the beginning of facing these issues i changed my hard drive which is SSD M.2 Patriot P300 for new model coz i thought its main cause) 

i diagnosed my ram with many issues ongoing with some programs and as well did service. 

I have no idea why is that. Is it good to use 4 pieces of ram with this core? How should i set my Ram mhz in bios?  Im truly done with my problem i cant work or use pc at all please if you have any idea whats going on let me know...

According to your ASRock Motherboard specs concerning Pinnacle Processors (Ryzen 7  2700X) here are the maximum RAM Memory speeds that are compatible: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450m%20Pro4/#Specification

- AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Pinnacle Ridge) support DDR4 3200+(OC) / 2933(OC) / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 ECC & non-ECC, un-buffered memory*

SR: Single rank DIMM, 1Rx4 or 1Rx8 on DIMM module label
DR: Dual rank DIMM, 2Rx4 or 2Rx8 on DIMM module label

You need to go to ASRock Motherboard QVL List for the Pinnacle Processor and see if your RAM Part Number is compatible on all 4 DIMM Slots and at what speeds and whether it is compatible to be Overclocked to Maximum 3200Mhz.

I would try with just 2 sticks of RAM Memory and see if your computer is more stable. If not you need to check the QVL List and see if your RAM is listed or not. You can also check the RAM's Manufacturer website to see if your RAM is compatible with your motherboard and processor.

3200Mhz RAM Speed is the sweet spot for the 2000 series processors at which it will work with the best performance but depends on the Motherboard's supports it or not.  In your case it does support 3200Mhz (O.C.).

In BIOS you can automatically Overclock the RAM using XMP or similar BIOS Setting.

By the Chart from ASRock it seems that at SPD speed of 2933 only Single Rank RAM is compatible on all four DIMM slots while Double Rank RAM is only compatible on 2 DIMM Slots.

This is why you need to look at the QVL List to see how many DIMM Slots your RAM is compatible on your motherboard or open a ASRock ticket to find out if your RAM is not listed.

Which is why I mentioned to use only 2 sticks of RAM instead of 4 sticks in case your RAM is Double Rank.

Also with 2 sticks installed or 1 stick install run MEMTEST86 to see if any of the 4 sticks are defective which will cause many BSODs and crashes.

my 2700X runs with 4x 8GB DDR4-3200CL14 in XMP
but its Samsung B-Die and its the good G.Skill Trident-Z RGB

Depends if his motherboard supports that RAM at that speed in 2/4 DIMM slots.

Because each motherboard has its own specs and QVL Lists when it comes to RAM Memory.

I have a similar G-Skill RAM memory for my R7 3700X except it is 2x16GB CL16@3600Mhz Trident-Z Neo. Using Asus motherboard to O.C. to 3600Mhz. So far it has been working like a charm

but as @elstaci said - check the mem compatibility on MoBo support list

Well its not, however can i somehow make from cl16 17? To make it compatible?

AMD Ryzen likes "even numbers" for latency with Gear-Down-Mode enabled
so you can try CL18

i also had troubles with my RAM on my GA-AX370-Gaming 5 - but a new BIOS with newer AGESA fixed it

My ram is in box version 2x 4gb however i bought 2

is it possible to change timing on my current ram or set lower latency to make it work? Or do i have to overclock it to CL17 (or underclock) 

Or do i have to buy new compatible one?
