UPDATE
Finally i get it work ,,, i took the motherboard and CPU to the store ,, they tried with 1700x CPU and it didn't work ,, tried with amd 1200 and also didn't work ,,, then they tried with Ryzen™ 5 2400G APU and it DID WORK on it's built in GPU ,,, then Updated Bios with it ,, and then tried the Ryzen 7 2700x and it worked with the updated Bios
we don't know what caused the problem ,, but that fixed it and now works fine
Make sure you have minimum BIOS version F2 installed on your Motherboard to make the Ryzen 2700x work. X470 AORUS GAMING 7 WIFI (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
AMD | Ryzen 7 2700X | 8C/16T | 3.7GHz / 4.35GHz | 4MB | 16MB | N/A | Pinnacle Ridge | 12nm | B2 | 105W | F2 |

The latest BIOS for your motherboard is this one:
F4g
8.23 MB
2018/05/10
Update AGESA 1.0.0.2c
Also make sure your RAM MEMORY is listed in the Motherboard's QVL list. Ryzen are very picky about the RAM Memory that is installed: X470 AORUS GAMING 7 WIFI (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global . Download the Pinnacle Ridge Memory list.
Also you want to install the latest AMD Chipset from your Motherboard's Support:

first of all thank you very much for your reply
isn't the x470 bios supports 2700x by default ? .. anyway even if i wanted to upgrade bios i can't ,,, it doesent show any options and does not boot or even shows anything ... the screen is black as if it's not connected at all ... even the keyboard dosen't power up
is there anyway to upgrade bios without starting the PC or bios ?
i also tried CMOS reset ..
i did try to connect the ram on other slots it didn't work
i'm sure everything is connected right ... i tried with the cpu 8pins and motherboard power only connected ... same E8 error
the damage on the edge ... i don't see that it's on trace or above pin
here are some close ups for it
Hi @hossamshawki I am also getting this same issue on a new build, same CPU, same motherboard.
before that it kept giving 00 error with the cpu debug led on
Can you tell me how you got past this issue?
Thanks.
i'm not sure how ,,, i just kept trying removing and reinstalling the cpu ,, also made sure all pins are straight with a knife ... and it passed the 00 error
