Hello,
I've been experiencing issues wth my recently purchased AMD CPU.
Since the first day I built it, it works and boots fine, but after about 30 minutes to an hour, it suddenly reboots the entire system, regardless of OS, and it sometimes even reboots at the BIOS screen. After the first reboot, if I try to use it for a while again, the reboot happens again, but earlier, and sometimes even prevents the machine from being turned on.
At first glance, it could have been overheating; But it isn't, as Ryzen Master provides regular temperatures between 30 and 40C. I have never attempted to overclock the machine as well.
I have the following setup:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HD
RAM: 8GB 2400MHZ
I have successfully updated the BIOS firmware, but the problem persists. I sent my machine to tech support, they could reproduce the issue, they even changed some parts around (PSU, RAM), cleaned the entire machine and rebuilt it again, but the problem is still there.
What else can I try to do? Should I use the warranty?
Thank you
