Ryzen 7 1700 with Spire LED Cooler is installed in a Biostar TB350-BTC Motherboard, Mobo does not have a LED Header.
At first the Red ring LED on the Cooler lit up, but now after installing Windows 10, only the Cooler Fan and Whtie AMD Logo light up,
there's no Red ring and no POST.
Wondering if the no LED ring means the CPU is dead and needs a RMA, or could it be the Mobo?
Any help would be appreciated.
