Hi,
i've changed my configuration a year ago, and i've got some random reboot since then which is annoying to say the least. Fortunately, the issue do not arise frequently, i might have 2-3 weeks without any problems.
When the problem do happen, sometimes i've got the BSOD with the error "internal_video_scheduler" and sometimes a black screen and my machine reboot. Also the USB 3 ports do not work anymore.
Troubleshooting done :
- Update bios to latest version (AMD said that should have resolved all the USB issues)
- Update X570 chipset to latest version
- Temp are OK
- Stress test on cpu and ram --> OK
- Fresh windows 10 install
- OS reinstalled on M.2 SSD
- Process in windows to a strict minimum.
Specs are :
Ryzen 5800x
X570 tuf gaming plus
GSkill 2*8GB DDR4 3600
PSU : corsair 850W
I fear that it would be a faulty CPU.
Any suggestions??
