I bought an ASUS prime b550-plus motherboard and a AMD Ryzen 5600G with integrated graphics.

I don't have an external graphics card as I thought the internal graphics would be good enough.
But I discovered that HDMI output on the motherboard does not seem to work (I get "HDMI no signal" on the monitor).
The Displayport on the other hand works flawlessly. The ambition was to have a dual screen setup.
I updated the BIOS from 2403 to latest version 2604 only  to discover that it did not resolve the issue. In fact I got a new problem - now the Displayport is not working either after the computer wakes up from sleep mode.
Then I replaced the motherboard with a new one.
Even this did not solve the issue.
What more can be done except replacing the CPU (5600G)?
Could it actually be an internal problem in the processor?
I hope someone could help me on this issue.
I have tested several cables and different monitors without success.

Have you checked to make sure your HDMI cable is good and working on different monitor or PC?

Open a AMD SUPPORT - Warranty Ticket and see if they believe you need to RMA your processor to be checked or replaced from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

I have been struggling with this issue for some hours now without success.
I have a AMD 2600 before and would really like to stick with AMD.
But with these extreme prices on graphics cards I think it is vital to have working internal graphics.

Hi - I'm having this exact issue with the same brand new h/w.

If I disconnect DP and leave HDMI then the BIOS displays fine but then the display disappears at some point after Windows starts (I only see the initial spinning roundel dots).

I updated the BIOS to 2808 and enabled multi IGFX but the issue remains.

Go into the motherboard BIOS and check what PCIe ports should be initialized first.  In fact, check all BIOS settings related to video output.  I've not had any problems running either an AMD 5600G or AMD 5700G.

Based on @RogerC 's experience, make sure you are using a good HDMI cable.  Are you trying to run in 4K resolution?

Tx for the suggestions, but I've finally found the issue - it turned out to be the HDMI cable.

Even though I'd tried two cables which worked @4K with my old display adapter, they would just go blank at a certain point during Windows boot using the mobo display output. A third cable that was marked "High Speed" with ferrite cores at each end finally worked! It seems this mobo's HDMI port is more demanding of cables.

4K does require the high speed HDMI cables.  It would have helped us to know you were running in 4K mode.

I gave it up and bought an Intel i5-12400 instead.
I tested several HDMI cables with no luck. And I am only interested in 1920x1280 resolution (using old screens).
In my case the only thing left to test would be to replace the CPU. But I gave it up as I said.
Shame. I really like AMD otherwise. I have an AMD Ryzen 2600 working very well.
