Ryzen 5600G no Graphics or BIOS post

Ryzen 5600G

Kingston 32GB Mem

ASUS B450M-A II

The PSU powers up (fan on) the board powers on (lights & CPU fan on).  The display is blank, for any or the 3 video ports (VGA-DVI-HDMI).  I have a brand new 550w PSU & switched it with a 500w PSU from a working PC.  Same results with either PSU.  I returned the B450M because it was not 5600G ready.

I bought an ASUS B550M-A WiFi II that says it is Ryzen 5600G ready.  I couldn't wait ...  I got everything ready & still no video or BIOS post.  I got a PCIe16x Radeon card & plugged that in & still no video or BIOS post.  Help!

Make sure that the memory is compatible with the motherboard and installed in the correct slots. You could - also - try to boot with only one stick installed.

BandL, have you tried the monitor with another system? Do you see at least the monitor Logo?  What is your monitor? Thanks and enjoy, John.

Do you have another CPU to test? It could be that the motherboard needs a BIOS update to support the 5600G. Site https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b550m-a-wifi-ii/helpdesk_cp...  says you need 0303.
