To determine the maximum RAM support for your Ryzen 5500 CPU, it's essential to refer to the specifications of both the CPU and the motherboard. The CPU itself might not have strict limitations on RAM, but the motherboard chipset and design play a significant role in determining the supported RAM capacity.

Since you mentioned that the motherboard is not supportive, it's crucial to check the motherboard's official documentation or specifications. It will outline the maximum RAM capacity and the specific RAM modules that are compatible.

If you're unable to find the necessary information on the CPU page, it's recommended to visit the official websites of both AMD (for the Ryzen 5500 CPU) and the motherboard manufacturer. Additionally, reaching out to their customer support or forums can provide you with accurate information regarding the maximum RAM support for your system configuration.

Remember that exceeding the recommended or supported RAM capacity might lead to compatibility issues or reduced system stability. Always ensure that any hardware upgrades are within the specified limits to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
