After trying DDU (Link here: Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.3.9 (guru3d.com)) to uninstall all graphic driver and installing the driver by ASRock itself but it still not working, downloading the latest (stable) still have the same problem, download the latest (beta) still have same issue, and the last one is download via Windows Update and it's getting worse... BUT... when i uninstall the graphic driver using DDU, it appears the error is gone and i think this problem coming from the Driver itself from AMD not windows problem... or anyone has any clue?
