Have a look in Task Manager Processes, see if/what is using it. Or any Startup apps.?

What Windows power plan, any OC?

Mine is usually 1-5% on balanced power plan,

Here is the task manager during one of the CPU spikes.

Here is the task manager shortly after that same CPU spike.

I haven't overclocked my system but I am unsure how to check my power plan on Windows 11. Previously I set it to balanced while I was on Windows 10.

Thanks for helping out!

One possibility, check 'AMD U E P' is not enabled in 'Settings>Preferences'.

Might also be helpful to see what 'Startup Apps' are enabled. Maybe disable any non windows apps for troubleshooting?
