Ryzen 5 5600h power consumption exceeds tdp limit

My ryzen 5600h cpu exceeds power as its default TDP value ranges from 36 watts as minimum and 45 Watts as default ranging to maximum 54 Watts of TDP but while gaming the power exceeds 54 Watts and reaches at Max around 60 to 70 watts and then throttling happens at every 5 minutes which makes it a hassle to play games. I did literally everything like updating my drivers setting the power plan to high performance, disabling turbo boost using uxtu third party applications to undervolt, also used ryzen controller to cap temperature I even complaint into HP support and they even replaced motherboard as I thought it was a problem with the GPU. For instance it doesn't matter which game I play it happens in each and everyone of them. Plz help

Specs:

Ryzen 5 5600h(CPU)

RADEON Rx6500M 4gb vram(GPU)

16 gigs of RAM

Hi there

I have actually been facing the same problem and maybe even have the exact same Laptop funnily enough
I have HP Victus Gaming 15-fb0071nia
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX6500M 4GB
You can see my problem here: https://files.catbox.moe/f2bajs.jpg
The CPU draws waaaaay more power than it should and even though I'm also using a cooling stand for the Laptop it still stays at 90 degrees the whole time
I asked around and tried to install Ryzen Master but it refused to be installed saying it's not allowed on this platform
I managed to find a fix later using Ryzen Controller app here: https://gitlab.com/ryzen-controller-team/ryzen-controller/-/releases
I just set a limit to the TDP like this:

the temps went down almost immediately after I applied this fix so I think this is good enough for you to try out

I recommend all of you contact AMD here. John.
