Have a nice day. I bought a new cpu and motherboard yesterday. CPU is ryzen 5 5600g, motherboard is Gigabyte b550m ds3h(Rev 1.4). When I connect to my monitor from the hdmi input of the motherboard, there is no image. But when I use the hdmi input of the video card, I can get images without any problems. My processor has a built-in graphics card. Can you find a solution to this problem?
YEMURAZ, did you install a fresh copy of Windows? If not, please do. Do a Clear CMOS, format the install disk(GPT), install Windows then install AMD drivers from here. Thanks and enjoy, John.
Hi Yemuraz,
I have exactly the same problem. How did you manage to get it to work?
Thanks,
Kim
Just in case somebody else has the same problem. I had to put the RAM into the second slot, not the first. That solved everything.
Go into the BIOS/UEFI, look for INT and EXT graphics and select the INT value.
Have you tried removing the video card?
Your motherboard probably has a feature that disables the onboard video card as soon as it detects a video card plugged into the pci
