I built a new computer last week, but it does not boot up. The computer and RGB lights do turn on. However, I do not get the BIOS set up screen.
Motherboard: TUF B450 Gaming MATX
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X
Graphics card: Sapphir Pulse rx5600xt
RAM: G.Skill 16GB 2x8 D4 3600 TRIZ RGB
Do I need to update the BIOS? Any help will be appreciated? Thanks!
