ryzen 5 3600... stays at 3.7 in task manager until i go to ryzen master and hit reset... then goes to 4.0 ghz... Why?
As soon as I boot windows it stays at 3.7ghz and not clocking faster speeds or fluctuating... then go to ryzen master and hit reset and it's back at its regular speeds.. I don't know why...
