so i tested my 3600 and it only reached 19k in 3dmark 11 which is not normal usually its at 21k.
i have noticed that the physics score dropped i have no idea why i am using a asus b450m matx board with the latest bios.

had same problem, CB R15 score was 1450, then saw NVIDIA SW was using 10% of CPU resources.
possibly NVIDIA container is using CPU up to 10%, I updated the driver and solved that issue
