Hello everyone.
I got a combo X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming & R5 3600 days ago. They were fine at the beginning but CPU speed dropped from 3.6GHz to 3.2GHz 2 days ago. When I check in BIOS, it shows 3.6GHz but it changes to 3.2GHz when PC logs into Windows.
All OC settings set in BIOS (ex: 4GHz) get the same result of CPU speed (3.2GHz). Apps (Ryzen Master/EasyTune) show CPU speed around 4GHZ but Task Manager shows only about 3.2GHz and Cinebench returns the same point (7k) every tests (before & after OC).
I tried to change OS (replaced with another Windows disk), disable AMD Quiet&Cool and set AMD High Performance in Windows Power Plan but I got no luck.
Now I'm using default BIOS setting but CPU still stucks at that speed. Is the CPU damaged?
