Ryzen 5 3400G / 4600G Memory Support

I am searching for a replacement PC for my quite old desktop. I found a PC with Ryzen 5 3400G and an ASUS Prime B450 M Gaming /BR that has 4 memory slots, but looking at Ryzen 5 3400G specs, I found the following information that puzzles me:

Max Memory Speed   vs  Number of memory channels: 2
2x1R DDR4-2933
2x2R DDR4-2667
4x1R DDR4-2133
4x2R DDR4-1866
Max Memory speed data seem to indicate I can use four memory sticks while Number of Memory Channels seems to indicate I can only use 2 memory sticks .

What would it be the correct interpretation of the Ryzen 5 3400G ? (By the way, I found the same type of information concerning Ryzen 5 4600G).

The Ryzen 5 3400G processor supports dual-channel memory, meaning it is designed to work with two memory sticks for optimal performance. While it is possible to use four memory sticks, the memory speed will be limited to DDR4-1866. It is recommended to use two memory sticks in a dual-channel configuration for the best memory performance. The same applies to the Ryzen 5 4600G processor.
