ryzen 5 2600 processor reads high tempature while is fisically bearly warm

I just changed my processor from a Ryzen 3 1200 to a Ryzen 5 2600 , everything was fine  with games and all , but then I noticed on speccy on the cpu reads high tempature so i opened the case to verify it fisically and it ain´t hot at all.

I also checked the tempature on the bios , and it reads 35°C

Is it just an Operating System error or is it really heating up ?

it never shutsdown even if i play games.

Speccy has not compensated for the 20*C offset AMD used. You should be using AMD Ryzen Master or, in your case, Gigabyte's tools to monitor the temperature.
